It’s crunch time people! We are officially on baby watch. 🙂 I am 10 days away from our due date (October 24th) and ready for this little one to make his/her appearance!
Here’s a little update on the last two weeks of pregnancy!
How far along: 38 weeks 4 days
Maternity clothes: 37 week picture I am wearing an “Extra Long Layering Cami from Jane.com (they have them on there all of the time.. perfect for pregnancy but also non pregnancy with leggings!), striped sweater also from Jane.com (not maternity) and Gap SuperSoft Maternity Leggings with scarf from Jane.com. 38 week picture I am wearing a tshirt dress from Motherhood Maternity, with a scarf from Jane.com (can you tell I love that site?!)
Stretch Marks: Not yet (And hopefully not ever!) I am lathering on the Burts Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter
Sleep: Well, I woke up 6 times last night to pee… ugh! Back pain and abdominal cramping keep me up a lot of the night, too. I think this is baby’s way of transitioning me into those sleepless nights. 🙂
Best Moment This week: Enjoying a costume party with Mr. Wild Things to celebrate our good friends’ little boy! We had so much fun coming up with our costumes (LeBron James and his basketball) and loved every moment of celebrating.
Worst Moment this Week: ^^See sleep section 🙂
Miss anything? Being able to wear shoes. 🙁 My hands and feet swell so bad that it’s oversized flip-flops and moccasins every day for me!
Movement: Baby is moving a ton, still! My stomach usually has quite a bit of “points” sticking out with baby constantly moving arms, legs, elbows, etc.
Food Cravings: Hubs just went out to get a little ice-cream 🙂 That, and pineapple!
Pregnancy Symptoms: Swollen ankles, feet, and hands, back pain, cramping… just plain uncomforted! Trying not to complain too much, but these last few weeks of pregnancy are TOUGH!
