I get questions about how and where I store my read alouds all of the time! I don’t keep them in our classroom library, I keep them back in my closet behind my desk! 🖤

They are in alphabetical order by title (like A-C in one bin, etc!). If I have a large amount for one topic though, they are grouped together. And if I have ones that are very specifically seasonal (like BTS books) they are in a monthly bin of supplies!😍

I put them out on a display shelf the week they are our mentor text(s)🖤

While doing the tedious work, she uncovers secrets of the journey that the original artist went through. Secrets that were kept in a small town and racism that plays a big role in it all.
